Flour+Water’s Test Kitchen can seat up to 10 guests for an intimate experience that is completely separate from the restaurant. Each private dining experience includes a chef’s choice tasting menu served in a family style format with Italian wines available by the bottle or as a pairing with each course.
Our Dough Room is completely private and can accommodate up to 14 seated guests. Each private dining experience includes a chef’s choice tasting menu served in a family style format.
Flour+Water was recently remodeled with chic gatherings in mind. The main restaurant space can host up to 50 seated guests or up to 70 for a standing reception. You’ll work directly with our Director of Events to create a personalized menu (including plenty of pasta) and paired wine experience.
We offer private pasta classes in our Dough Room for up to 8 guests. Our sister restaurant, Penny Roma, can accommodate up to 12 guests for a private pasta class in their Upstairs private dining room. All private pasta classes require a $3,500 food & beverage minimum (exclusive of taxes + fees) to book and depend on Chef availability.
